This special two-part online discussion presented by the Contra Costa County Library will assist those who want to understand the basics of universal healthcare. Part I on Thursday, March 9, from 4:00 – 5:30 p.m., will explore the ways we can change our system to be more equitable, efficient, and effective.

Part II in April will explore current initiatives in California, national initiatives to privatize Medicare, and opportunities for the community to advocate for less costly and better health care.
