Upcoming Events

Seminar for Businesses: Single-Payer Universal Health Care

When: Tuesday, November 7th, 2017 from 6:00 - 7:30pm
Where: Mission Valley Library Community Room 104, 2123 Fenton Parkway, San Diego
What: Business and business leaders have been left out of the conversation on SB 562, the bill that will create a single-payer health care system in California. This bill is gaining momentum and could very well pass in 2018.

This seminar is for business owners and leaders who want to understand the impacts of single-payer health care. There will be a showing of the short film "Fix It," followed by discussion on SB 562 and its impact on business, led by Dan Geiger with The Business Alliance for a Healthy California and Dr. Bill Honigman, a physician with Physicians for a National Healthcare Plan. There will be plenty of time for questions.

If you own or run a business, it's time to understand this legislation.

Space is limited, so please RSVP at

This event is specifically for business leaders. If you are a single-payer activist, please help us spread the word to your business contacts, but leave the seats available for the intended audience. Thank you!
